What we offer
The lenders featured on our site offer a wide range of loan products, including bridge loans, equity cash-outs, fix & flip financing, value-add, ground-up construction, and rental property loans. Loan amounts range from $75,000 to $50 million, catering to both residential investment properties and commercial real estate. While private lending typically focuses on short-term financing (less than 2 years), many of our lenders also offer long-term, 30-year DSCR loans for rental properties, as well as select options for permanent commercial real estate financing. We only do business with professional lending companies, not individual investors. There are several key reasons that people love our site…

How It Works
Users can browse lender profiles and choose how they contact each lender - phone call, simple email form, or loan request. The loan request is a comprehensive form which can be submitted to one lender, or multiple lenders. Users also have the option to request lender recommendations. We would review the loan request and invite a few select lenders that we feel may be a good fit.Our platform is open and easy to use for anyone seeking private lending options. There's no requirement to sign up or share personal contact details to browse our site. The companies listed on our platform compensate us for their visibility, allowing visitors to access all information and resources free of charge. We currently have around 75 lenders listed on the platform but we have developed relationships with 300+ lenders that are not listed to the public.

Our Vision
Our current platform is a valuable resource for thousands of people seeking private lending companies. However, we recognize some inefficiencies in the process. Before contacting lenders, borrowers need to confirm whether their loan request is feasible. The way it works now, users must sift through lender profiles to determine if their request fits the lender's criteria. This often leads to calling or emailing multiple lenders just to get answers - an inefficient and time-consuming process. While we offer a Loan Request system designed to streamline this, it still requires manual review and response from our team, causing delays. This process can and should be automated.
With advancements in Artificial Intelligence, we now have the opportunity to solve this issue. We are developing the Direct Lendings AI platform, an intelligent solution that will instantly evaluate loan requests for private mortgage lending. It will integrate seamlessly with our extensive lender database to provide real-time recommendations. We expect to launch in mid-2025, transforming the way our users find and connect with lenders, saving them time and effort.

Additionally, we make a big effort to vet every private lending company prior to listing them on our site and won't tolerate any bad actors, no matter how much they are willing to pay us. I strive to meet all the lenders in person. I attend a lot of events where I shake hands with lenders and keep up-to-date on what's happening in the industry. Over the years I've taken time to visit many lenders' offices throughout the country. While this takes a considerable amount of effort, relationships are the aspect of this business which I enjoy the most.
